Recreation Ministries
Our church has an exercise room available for our church members to use on the bottom floor of the LightHouse building. It has free weights, an exercise bike, elliptical trainer, heavy duty treadmill, crossover cable system, leg press machine, dip and leg lift machine, bench press, and pull-down cable system.
